I am in love with this scarf .Whimsey scarf, but my only problem is deciding what color to get! I wish they sold just the pattern.

Julsey, the designer also has a pattern for a really cool circle shrug that I also want to make! I just don't understand how one person can be so talented!

Secret Pal = Psychic Medium?

I got the most wonderful gift today. I swear my secret pal can read my mind. Today I got two balls of Noro Silk Garden in color 87...and I had two balls of this in my hand to buy at the LYS today. Luckily I didn't get it!!!! But come to think about it I just may go back and get it. The funny thing is I bought two balls of the exact same yarn only a different color for my own pal today....SMALL WORLD!!!

This yarn could not get any more "me" if it tried. It has all of my favorite colors!!!! I love it!!!

I also got a wonderful crochet rose! I think I am going to put a pin back on it so I can where it on my pea coat!!!


Look what else I got...A great calendar that has a new pattern everyday!!! I just don't know what to do with myself....I am salivating as I type!


I also got some small stitch markers...just what I need, I mostly have big ones (I will have to give my mom's back now). Last but not least I got a thread cutter. I have one of these for cutting yarn, but this one is for small yarn and thread...WONDERFUL!!!! Thanks you so much Secret Pal you are wonderful!

I can't believe that I almost forgot that I got a gift from my October Stitch Marker Pal Jessi:

Aren't they wonderful. My favorite color is green!!! Thanks so much Jessi! I have had a lot of fun with this swap (I'm bummed I never got a September gift), but I don't think I will sign up again as of right now. I need to get school out of the way first!

Lucy is Home!!!

I finally finished my Lucy bag. Here are "pre-felting" pictures:


Pre-Felting measurements:
Long Strap: 40"
Short Strap: 12"
Across Middle (flat): 16"
Bottom (Flat): 11"

I did do some felting but I used it today and I think I want to run it through a few more times. Here is a picture of it being blocked after two 10 min. runs in the washer:
